Cellular Lock® is a plug & play stand-alone interlock system designed for door management in cleanrooms and contamination-controlled environments. It allows control of 2 to 10 doors, adapting to various operational configurations: airlocks, pass boxes, air showers, and automatic doors, with integration of access control, blowers, and UV lamps.
Easy configuration with dip switches and plug-in connectors. Integration with BMS systems is possible both through dry contact signals and via Modbus TCP, enabling complete monitoring and control of the doors. A solution designed to ensure control, operational continuity, and ease of installation even in the most complex environments.

Modbus
BMS integration via Modbus TCP
For installations requiring centralized control, Cellular Lock® can be integrated with the Building Management System via Modbus Integrator. This solution allows to control, manage and monitor all interlocked door parameters, recovery times, door-left-open alarms, door lock/unlock commands, and recognition of anomalies such as forced door opening or emergency button activation.
Cellular Lock® – Modbus Integrator ensures fail-safe system integration. Even if the BMS connection is interrupted, the interlock system continues to operate autonomously, ensuring operational workflows.

Pass Box and Air Shower Management
With Cellular Lock® control boards, it is possible to set different recovery times for two doors and manage UV lamp or blower activation. All settings are made via dip switches and wiring through RJ45 connectors and screw terminals.
