4. Processing methods and storage
Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, adopting all appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of Personal Data.
Place of processing (Hosting): Data collected by the site is hosted on servers located in Switzerland. Data managed through third-party services (such as Google Analytics) may be transferred to servers located outside of Switzerland or the European Union (e.g., United States). In these cases, the Controller ensures that the transfer takes place only to countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection or on the basis of standard contractual clauses, in compliance with the FADP and the GDPR.
Retention period: Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected. Data sent via the contact form will be stored until the request is processed and, subsequently, for the time established by Swiss fiscal or legal retention obligations, if applicable.
