MESH Door interlocking through web based software Easy LAN connection Plug ‘n play LAN connection and direct access to the web based application trough IP address, username and password. Interactive layout Position your doors in an interactive layout for a real time monitoring of doors activity. Anomaly recording Filter quickly the incorrect operations, such as doors left open for too long time, doors released by emergency release button or forced openings. User friendly interface No programmer skills are requested, the application environment is interactive. Setting/data recording • Door parameters, interlocking logics, access control rules are all configured by the web based application. • It’s possible to preconfigure more opening logics and activate the requested logic just by a click. All events are recorded and possible to list in separate databases. Access control • 125 Khz RFID reader installed to the door frame. • Access control rules definition and access monitoring by YDG Mesh application. Pneu Lock - True pneumatic and hybrid door interlocks for ATEX environments EX certified flush indicators YDG provides flush to wall or flush to door frame red/green indicators with EX certification. Easy installation 6 bar compressed air supply is connected by a 6 mm external diameter flexible tube. All other connections are made by 4 mm quick fitting tubes. Intuitive board connections All on-board connections are marked by intuitive symbols to ensure easyand quick installation. The control boards True pneumatic or hybrid systems built on request. Quantity of doors managed and interlocking logic is fully customizable. True pneumatic systems True pneumatic systems are powered only by compressed air. Red/green indicators, locks, door position sensors and acustic signal are all connected by 4 mm diameter quick fitting compressed air connections. Hybrid systems Interlocking electronic automatic doors or doors equipped with access control with doors in EX zone is not anymore a challange.
